You can visit your dashboard to start an application or to see which awards were won in 2019 and access PDF files of completed applications. The submission deadline for all award applications is Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. PST/8:00 p.m. EST. Health care facilities and health systems must be current members of Practice Greenhealth to apply for and/or receive an award. As a reminder, Practice Greenhealth partners must be in good standing throughout the award application process to avoid any delays in access to or submission of the application. Please check with your member engagement liaison to ensure you don’t have any interruptions.
